If your child wishes to trial for multiple age groups please complete a seperate form for each age.

Please DO NOT put siblings on the same form.

HockeyNSW have released Dates and locations (below) - there is a possibility of travel when committing to these teams - travel is at your expense (including Accommodation) - it is suggested tentative bookings with cancellation options are made.

Proposed State Championship Dates for 2026 are as follows

Under 14 Boys - 10th-12th April 2026 (Taree)

Under 14 Girls - 1st-3rd May 2026 (Parkes)

Under 18 Div 1 (Boys & Girls) - 22nd -24th May 2026 (Sydney South)

Under 18 Div 2 & 3 (Boys & Girls) - 22nd -24th May 2026 (Moorebank)

Opens Div 1 (Men & Women) - 6th-8th June 2026 (Illawarra)

Opens Div 2 & 3 (Men & Women) - 6th-8th June 2026 (MacArthur Hockey Complex)

Under 16 Girls - 19th-21st June 2026 (Newcastle)

Under 16 Boys- 17th-19th July 2026 (Tamworth)

Player Levies will be advised when teams are announced
